Location is amazing right next to Tube, otherwise room is average. Staff were excellent. Our first room had a window that was only a few inches wide; when we asked they kindly moved us to a room with a regular smaller-sized window.

As always Premier Inn clean and everything I needed in a great spot in Hammersmith. Staff in restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff at check in lovely. I asked if I could get a 1-2 hour extension before check out, I offered to pay but the lady said no they don’t do that!!! I’m sure I read they did. I would definitely stay here again. The position of this premier Inn is awesome and so many tube lines less than 5 minutes away.

Room was clean & in good order when we arrived. Hotel is in great spot very close to Hammersmith Tube station. The coffee pod machine was a nice touch & refrigerator also. Room & bathroom was good size. Only downside was you could hear doors slamming from the hall ways . We also put up a sign outside for room to be cleaned, but we were gone all day and no cleaning or top up with water , coffee making products or towels etc. Thought it was a little strange. Other than that it was in perfect spot for tourist with plenty of shopping near by .

The room was nice however, the top sheet on the bed was crumpled at the bottom of the bed which we didn’t find until our second night. We thought there was no top sheet, only a comforter. I’m not completely sure the bed sheets were changed before check-in. The AC did not work well. The fan kept shutting off during the night. It was very hot in the room. Also, not sure if it is customary but there were no wash cloths given. The staff were lovely and helpful. Also, the only safe drop off point for taxi/Uber is across the street. You will need to walk to the corner to cross a very busy street safely.

The location is excellent where you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies and groceries within 5 minutes walk. Easy to go Central London by underground trains and Heathrow Airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all, the AC works perfectly during the crazy heat wave in London. Highly recommend.

It was a great location right next to a tube station. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super polite. It was small for our family of 4 but we didn’t mind. The breakfast was a steal. $11.99 for an adult and the kids ate free.

Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London!

The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.
