Good value. Clean. Fantastic location, within walking distance to many attractions. very close to tube station. Staff were friendly and courteous. Value added luggage storage for a donation. Visited with two teenagers. Room was well equipped for us. I would stay again.

We liked the family and LGBTQ friendly atmosphere as well as it being affordable in the center of London. We only had one small inconvenience that some breakfast options required warming but there were lines and we were on a time crunch.

Never ever Premier Inn again !! This Hotel gave me a terrible experience by not allowing me to check-in for my pre-paid trip through Expedia. The front desk person and lady manager refused my check-in because I had 3 kids even though I booked a family quadruple room. She showed me the fine print details in booking conditions that only 2 kids are allowed, and she was not at helpful in getting a resolution to our problem by making another room available other than insisting her fine print rules when we had already reached the Hotel with our luggage. We ended up booking another Hotel on the fly (Thanks to Technology) and they didn't have any issue accommodating us in a room. I will fight to get to my last penny they charged from my card. Interesting this Hotel website has a whole page dedicated to list how family friendly they are!! Those who are prepaying these folks beware. They absolutely don't care about customer when you have an issue!!

Zimmer war für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Waren als Familie im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Umgebung ist sicher und schnell zur Ubahn Southwark in 4 min. Wände und Vorhang ein wenig dreckig im Zimmer. Fenster lässt sich leider nicht öffnen. Frühstück war ausreichend. Käse hat gefehlt. Toller Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip!

Comfortable rooms. Amenities - Breakfast was in a comfortable eating area, lots of options to good from, did not feel rushed or squished. Good dining options to choose from throughout the day (including reasonable pricing if you eat during certain hours). Walking distance to and from many places and public transport.
