The room was very small but I guess that is normal in London. The place was clean, I had no allergy issues. The staff was great in accomodating a room earlier for me, which was great because I had just traveled internationally and had no sleep, I was falling asleep in the lobby waiting. I would stay there again!

It was very good, adequate for one’s needs except it was cold. Perhaps a blanket would be a good idea? I hope to stay there now each time I Visit London. Very efficiently run.
