The staff were so helpful, especially the lovely lady at Reception - everyone we encountered they were super helpful. We were upgraded as it was my husband’s birthday and they decorated the bed, which was a really lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel. Due to the damn train strikes we had to drive and the hotel actually has a car park, which is amazing in London. Thank you Radisson New Providence Wharf.

The booking was straight forward and the communication from the hotel staff in the lead up to my stay was clear and efficient. The staff were also very welcoming on my arrival. I needed somewhere to stay the night before doing the London Marathon. The location was ideal, the room was clean and my stay was very comfortable.

Location to the O2 was why this hotel was booked and was excellent for this purpose. The hotel taxi we booked to get to the O2 was expensive so book your own.

We stayed here for the Ed Sheeran gig at the O2 - the hotel itself was spotless, our room was really nice, and reception were accommodating too. Only downside is the guy on reception told us Uber drivers don’t tend to want to do jobs from this hotel to the O2 and I had thought it would be easy enough to get an Uber last minute - I was wrong! So definitely book a taxi in advance otherwise you’ll have trouble getting over there. The hotel were very accommodating as I’m disabled and they let us park our car there for free, which was a huge help as it’s difficult getting around without having the car. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it seemed a bit steep at £25pp, especially when there were zero vegan options which is a shame. Would definitely stay here again for the O2 but would next time make sure a taxi is booked!

Lovely Hotel
We stayed at the Raddisson with family as we where going to an event at the 02. I can not fault the hotel. The rooms where very luxurious and clean. They had everything you needed and more. The only complaint i had was the bar and restaurant. The bar was very badly run and had sold out of most drink including sodt drinks. We paid extra for the breakfast in the morning which was a waste of money. We sat and waited 25 mins for a coffee or tea which i had to find a member of staff and ask if we could have a drink. There was an ala carte menu which we orderdd from. We waited 30 mins for our breakfast which come out cold. There was a breakfast buffet you could help.yourself too. However they were empty most of the time. There where a lot of staff about but didnt seem to have any system in serving there guests. I would under stand if the restaurant was busy but it wasnt. Felt the £25 pp breakfast was not worth the money spent which was such a shame as the hotel was lovely. I will book the hotel again but not use the bar or restaurant again.
