This hotel looks in appearance like it should get 5 stars. But that is only an appearance. Expensive, no room service available even though we were told it would be - instead got handed a couple of takeaway menus which considering the evening we had just spent trying to get a car to take us back to the hotel after going to an event at the 02, you funnily enough needed an uber for. Also the bar was closed when we got back and even though we were staying at the hotel, were not able to buy a drink. So very very poor service all round - no food, no drinks. Could have got breakfast to make up for it. But that was expensive as well.

Property is nice, clean and modern but it is a walking distance from the train. Also the front desk ( reciption ) and shuttle service on Monday morning around 10:40 am need to learn how to explain and interact with customers!! Rude Rude Rude.
