This is a old house turn in to a sleeping place. Has nothing to do with hotel. I dont understand how place like this can have the 3 stars hotel rating. The place is dated but clean tough. Great location.

Property description on Expedia and OYO corporate site vastly different. On-duty Manager as helpful as she could be to resolve issues. Property has been neglected although in nice, convenient area.

The room was small but efficient. The bed was excellent. The shower was good, except there were no shelves to put soap down in the stall. There were no rungs to hang towels. Service addressed concerns.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the mattress, dirty cups, only 1 of 3 light bulbs worked. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience, we don't recommend this hotel at all. No AC, bathroom was leaking, toilet was broken. We booked a room with 3 beds, received one bed + double bed. It couldn't be worse.

The place didn’t look like in the picture, when I woke up, my bed was wet because de window leek. We didn’t took a shower because it was dirty. In general, I dont recommend this place

Noise issues

Stayed for the 1 night and couldn't sleep at all due to noises from a radiator. A staff hasn't done anything but closed the its valve completely. Sorry, I won't visit there again.

Our room was really bad. It looks like the people who runs the hotel don’t want their customer to come back! The outside looks good but as we walk inside our room, it looks like the room was used in horror movies. Leaks on the ceiling, mold all over the bathroom, window has no screen. We tried to open it but could not close it back. We slept with our windows open the whole time we are there. Complained but they don’t care, you lose your money if you leave. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. The reviews were very accurate! If you are a family of four, please stay away. We barely have room for our luggage. The family room is like the size of a single college dorm room. We barely have room to move. Other than it is in a good location, this hotel should not be allowed to operate. We guessed they don’t regulate their hotels here.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Arrived and had to pay before we saw the room, but were disgusted by mold and dirty sheets. We did not stay here, and immediately booked at another hotel. We were denied a refund by the rude staff. DO NOT stay here. We booked a room at The Georgian down the street and it was wonderful.

The place does not match what is shown in the photos. Very small rooms and long stairs. We stayed on the top floor 8 flights of stairs. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone

I was surprised how good was my experience with St.George hotel. Clean, nice, close to Underground, local restaurants, close to Big Ben (15 min walking). Thank you and i want to come back!

AWFUL AND DIRTY hotel, the most terrible place/room i have stayed in. Mould on the pillows and on the sheets as well as the bathroom. Very BAD for health and safety. I have asthma and it’s bad for not just me but for anyone who sleeps where there is mould. Took pictures to show upon check out to the receptionist. Room was full of dust and not cleaned.

Basic but quiet

Service was nice when checking in Room was standard but warm. Just shower we did not use as the ceiling was black from old mould spots. Tried to wait to see if anyone arrived when checking out but didnt, as wanted to tell them about the drip outside 201 window. Something is leaking and dripping constantly on a chair outside the window. As the windows are the old sash ones their is no noise protection, so heard it all night!
