The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite a nice size compared to other properties in a similar price point and were very well stocked. The little kitchen space was a bonus. Best shower ever! Very easy walk to Paddington Station with lots of eating options nearby.

We had an excellent 5 day stay at this facility. The proximity and walkability to Paddington station made this perfect for us. Staff was excellent and responsive to two small issues. Downsides were the small size of the bathroom and the confusion over the multiple light switches and their functions. Beds were very comfortable.

Just ok. Room was a little pokey and had a damp, mildewey smell. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. But location was good, staff were nice and the price was right.

Room was on the smaller side but the bathroom, shower and water pressure were top notch. Perfect for travelers being so close to Paddington station. I would stay there again

We chose this hotel to attend a concert in Hyde Park, and it was a great convenient location, literally a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park. The hotel was clean, the room was nice and spacious with very clean and well stocked bathroom, coffee machine etc. Little pricey but I guess in line with London prices.

Great hotel in very convenient location - walkable from Paddington station with luggage and 2 mins stroll to Hyde Park - Italian Gardens. Quiet street. Lots of options to eat nearby and proximity to station means an uber is always only a few minutes away.
