The staff were very welcoming and kind. The bed felt clean and very comfortable to sleep in so for the price it was fair in this capacity. However the overall state of the hotel was rather run down and did not feel safe. There was general dirt and damages around the room for example the windows safety latch was broken and being on a ground floor this was concerning as anyone could climb in. Thus we had to sleep with the windows closed all night in a heat wave which wasn’t pleasant. It is fine for a night or two considering the price but personally would not stay again

Prenotato per errore, non sapendo la distanza da Londra, è stata una delle scelte migliori della vacanza. Personale gentile posto molto accogliente e carino e molto ben organizzato. Zona facilmente raggiungibile da Liverpool street o Stratford tramite TFL in 16 minuti .. fino a tarda notte. Molto consigliato a chi vuole un alloggio lontano dal caos di Londra, economico e soddisfacente. Spero di tornare presto quando rivisiterò Londra -- Reservation made by mistake (not knowing how "far" it was from London) it was one of the best thing of my trip to London. Really kind staff, comfortable nice place and good organization is how I'm describing this hotel. Zone 4 really easy to reach out, thanks to the TFL rail station who is well connected to Liverpool Street/Stratford station, even at night , thanks to the each train,passing in and out every 10 minutes or less. I recommend this one for anyone wants to stay far away from the caps of the city of London ... But at the same time,having a really good experience. I hope to go back there on my next visit to London.

This property could be great with a little bit of maintenance. Good price and facilities are adequate. But shower was difficult to operate as the cold tap was broken and the hose was not connected properly so water was sent at 90 degrees. The TV signal was also not able to pick up channel 1 or 2. Breakfast is adequate but again could be better organised. No plates, no glasses and no bread available at 8am. Some thought on the layout of materials would allow guest to get there breakfast with out delay and been on top of one another.

Prima hotel om alleen te slapen. De kamer vrij klein maar voor ons niet erg. Als er 1 puntje van commentaar moet zijn is het dat we zelf om schone handdoeken moesten vragen omdat ze het zelf niet verwisselen. Ze geven het wel zo mee zonder er voor te rekenen dus het is een kleine moeite.

Good night's sleep.

Attended a wedding and wanted somewhere close to the venue and train station. Twin room was clean and had all the essentials and beds were very comfortable with clean good quality linen. Room was perfect for what we needed. It is on a main road so there was traffic noise but the room was not at the front so not a problem..

Merci pour l'accueil!

Accueil : très bon accueil, personnel aimable et disponible !!! Ne changez rien!!!!!!! Nous avons séjourné dans la '' Deluxe Twin Room'' la chambre était correct, dans l'ensemble. J'ai payé 97€ pour 3 nuits, cela reste quand même raisonnable. Cependant, le ménage devrait être un peu plus poussé, il faut demander à l'accueil pour que cela soit fait (changement de serviette etc.), mais je le dit pour le rapport qualité-prix cela vaut largement. Mon père et moi-même avons passé un bon séjour, et je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel qui est bien desservi.

They forgot to clean the room a couple of times. Otherwise the place is great. Right in town centre, friendly staff and a lovely restaurant in the hotel with big choice of hot food.

Extremely poor, arrived at hotel receptionist was sleeping. I arrived from a flight at 12:30 am and arrived and 3:30 and already informed the hotel of this. To then tell me they are overbooked and cotact another hotel. I contacted hotel.com. Who made me further wait a 45 min to then send me to a hotel which was again further overbooked I had to waste cab fares on this journey fo no reason. At 4:35 am I booked a new hotel which I had to pay £130 for. I am exteremley disappointed and out of pocket and yet to receive a refund or any compensation after being £150 out of pocket due to further cab fares and booking another hotel.
