The staff at the Washington Mayfair hotel went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for us. We spent our wedding night at the hotel and they added little extras to the room to make it special on our arrival. Fabulous hotel - we will come back again!

Loved this place! It’s an old London building and therefore has its old building charms, but is beautifully maintained and decorated. The rooms were lovely and the staff so friendly. The restaurant onsite is also great, and there’s a little convenience store on the corner and one block or so away. There’s a coffee shop called Nero directly out the front door if you prefer a more continental type breakfast. Being with walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and other main areas was brilliant. We’d uber out to our first destination in the morning and make our way back. It’s a nice area too, so no concerns being out late. All around, this will be our designated spot when we return to London next.

Our family has stayed in this hotel for many years. We come back because the service is friendly and personable. The rooms are great and very clean. You cannot beat the location. Especially Fabrizio, one of the managers, goes out of his way to make you comfortable.
