"The staff were extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed just one night due to a layover. We didn't get to see much of the area as it was dark when we arrived and dark when we left in the morning. It did seem like parking would be a little hard to find, if you had your own vehicle."

"I like the friendliness of the staff. None was rude. They were all very polite and respectful. Although I didn’t like where the hotel is located, around an unsafe area if I’m walking by myself during the day and possibly more scary during the night. It’s a walking distance to the subway station. There were 3 of us so ok to walk but at night, be careful. We used uber when the nearest subway station was closed. Uber was under $10. Overall, the room was basic, clean, and quiet. We only used it to rest and sleep and with the cost of hotels in NYC, none can beat the price. If you are on a budget and not the scary type, it is worth your stay. "
