Big nice place near town. E rooms we assume must have very good sound proofing cos we walked past e bar which was very noisy and our room was very near it and we didnt hear anything :)

This is a beautiful property, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished with good quality supplies. We had a very comfortable stay. It is located en route to Stratford-upon-Avon, so it’s convenient if you are driving. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was stupendous, again with the best products. Very good croissants, French yoghurt, and a choice of a full English breakfast.

Comfortable stay and the bed is good. However, no slippers provided. Not so convenient location and you need to drive.

Beautiful hotel with gerat air-conditioning in the middle of a heatwave. Beautiful and romantic rooms and gardens. Close to the main areas and the theatre.

Spacious room for my family of 3. Bathroom is clean, breakfast is good, generous servings. The hotel is within walking distance from leamington spa station and a 20-25 min car ride to shakespeare's birthplace

Hotel is in a great location. Ample parking just for hotel guests. Everything from sightseeing to restaurants are within walking distance. Hotel is well kept and rooms are modern and tastefully done up.
