I reserved 2 rooms at this property. 1 room was for 2 people and the other room was for 1 person. We checked in late at night (maybe around 10:30pm). The man that checked me in was very rude! He was just very defensive without a cause. He gave me my first room key and tried to make me feel stupid about just waiting there for my second key to the other room. I want to say hes the owner and probably deals with different types of people that he feels be might have to be "rude" to. All I used the rooms for was to literally spend the night. We checked out at 6am the next morning (about 7 hrs of use total). I will never book here again. This man needs to understand that people are paying for a service and thus is his job or business and needs to be a lot nicer. Never again!

This is the WORST MOTEL EVER AND IM NOT EVEN BEING DRAMATIC FOR 1 THEY HAVE A SMART LITTLE GIRL THAT WAS IN THE FRONT THEY MADE ME PUT $100 card deposit which was not a problem but when I walked in the room roaches scattered everywhere there was globs of hair in the toilet and in the shower there was soap already used and the worst part of it all I woke up at 8 in the morning to use the restroom and found a roach crawling on me than I go to check out and ask the guy for my deposit back. He said he returned it back to my car but it never reached my car so when I went back, he got frustrated with me and told me to call the bank and pointed towards the door this is the worst hotel ever and I’ve lived in Hotel my whole life and never ever been to nothing like this

I never usually leave review but I have no idea how this place have positive reviews, as soon as I went into the room there was a very strong or cigarrete even though I got a non smoking room, then when k went into the bathroom there was a roach infestation in the tub, there were at least 10 roaches crawling around (I wish I can upload pics) I asked to be changed rooms and they agreed with an attitude, the new took had no smell or roaches but it was dirty, walking barefoot you could feel the floor slimy, it was gross

The clerk was rude and threw my ID at me. Then the key they gave me did not work and took 3 minutes for them to play with the door to get the door open using multiple keys. You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. I was not expecting top notch service or the best amenities. It's a cheap motel. But I think the pros outweighed the cons Pros: Cheap, convenient free parking, comfortable beds, microwave and mini-fridge, great water pressure Cons: Dirty parking lot, not the best location, dirty room. I dropped my phone under the bed and when I looked for it I found a condom wrapper. Superficially, the room seemed clean, but apparently it's not thoroughly cleaned.

I Can forgive a lot of things, like poor customer service, everyone has bad days. But this was a new level. I couldn’t get them to answer the phone for a basic question. The room was filthy, burns in the bed clothes, bathroom had moldy grout, someone else’s groceries in the cabinet. Worst of all it was infested with bed bugs. I would never ever recommend this property to anyone, even if you are traveling on a budget as I was. Save yourself the trouble.

The property is located in a more run down neighborhood. Check in was quick and easy. Our room smelled of cigarettes and some of the lights werent working. The floor was sticky and parts of the room were dusty/uncleaned. Some outlets didnt work. The bed was very comfortable, though.

Stayed there for 3 nights. I know it was a 2 start hotel but I guess I underestimated. The property had a bunch of roaches and spiders in the bathroom every night. Microwave was old and had rust. Bed sheets was inside out and had stains on them. Under the bed looks like it hasn’t been touched for months. I think the most impacting was the roaches and spiders, very terrible.

Been here twice and plan to go back
Del Aire Motel is in a convenient location about 2 miles from my work and LAX. Plenty of parking and the rooms have ample space and nice extras like a large wardrobe to hang short and pants with ironing board and iron. The rooms have everything that I needed for my trip including mini fridge. The inn is in a bit of a rough condition and daily maid service is optional. Not for clean freaks or people who have germ phobias. For the rest of us a solid motel at a great price.

Parking there was easy. Our room was dirty, you didn't really want to touch anything and your feet/socks would get very dirty. There were insects coming out from under the bathroom tiles and bigger bugs (cockroaches?) elsewhere in the room and bed. The beddings had holes in them and also visible stains, most likely bodily fluids (the blue blanket especially). Also, in the bathroom the toilet seat leaked water on the floor. Walls were like paper and you would hear all the neighbors talking and fighting.

At this property my face rag was gray instead of white. Look like it was being worked on cars. The mattresses on the beds might been 10 years old. our refrigerator door Seal was broken so the refrigerator did not close. there wasn't no fire alarm smoke detector in our bedroom. We had baby roaches in our bathroom. You can literally see under our door to our bedroom because it was inch high from the floor. The bed sheets had holes in them. All the lights in the room did not have shades for them.
