Like always, my stay at the Sheraton, Agoura Hills, was great! Alexander at the front desk was informative and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the shower is the best around.

Nice property, the girl at check in wasn’t very friendly, not rude by any means. At first it seemed like she couldn’t find my reservation but eventually she said “slide your card in” and that was really all the conversation we had.

The hotel is not the most modern with obvious wear and tear but they keep the place very clean. Excellent job by the housekeeping. Front desk staff were professional. Great hot shower temperature, and consistent water stream.

I checked in around 11:30PM, a 68 year old woman traveling alone. I had a reserved room. There was no parking in front, or in the lighted east side area. I was told to park on the west side, and enter through that lower level door. I drove around, using my navigation to find west…and found a very dark, unmarked, unlit parking lot, and unlit door, used a flashlight to see that it was my door to enter by a stairwell to go to my room. Not at all acceptable. I as at the end of the first floor, alone, by a stairwell, drapes did not close fully…..asked to be moved. 2nd room Tv did not work, took 40 minutes for someone to come and verify this, now it’s close to 1AM, moved across hall, 2nd floor, room needs vacuuming, but otherwise appears clean. Fell into a comfortable bed. Rookie mistake, I forgot to check alarm, 3:25 it blared…shut it off..back to sleep…wouldn’t stay here again.
