The front desk was rude and demanding, the room smelled funny and was so dirty we had to leave and find another hotel.

Motel under the word Hotel
From the outside looks ok but once you’re in your room it’s OLD and furniture is broken or ripped. This is definitely a sex service motel dressed as a Hotel. Would NOT bring family here it’s old, musty and dirty.

Hotel is not bad BUT employees or owner are very nosy. My husband came to the room and 5 minutes later they were knocking asking who had entered the room! He was in the shower and he kept asking to speak to him. Horrible service! He went after to give his ID so they wouldn't come back again and bother. Stayed in many hotels and never been bother like this.

The property takes a 20$ cash deposit for thr key, which i had to take back zo the desk at 5:30 in the morning. I think that they rent to aot od homeless persons. They charged me 10$ more for nonsmoking room,???? This is rumn by people from a 3rd world country, where a swamp coer is 'air conditioning.' I stayed in India before and a bucket, spigot and drain in the toilet room, was considered a 'shower.' Keep that in mind.

A pretty restful night
My stay was rather late evening to early morning. The only complaints are the propinquity of Winnetka Ave. with the attendant noises. The second thing I noticed is that the bathtub/shower was very slippery once it was wet. It might be a good investment to put some anti-slip appliques on the tub floor.

Nice cozy hotel, I was over charged for choosing a non smoking room $30.00 and asked for a cash security deposit $20.00, the vending machine did not have water for sale. my shower very uncomfortable.

It was just a very unpleasant place to stay at. The outlets in the rest did not work. The furniture was had some type of oil on the counter must be a spray they use to clean the the room. Was all over my belongings. Plus the individuals in the office were very cold when greeting their customers

I honestly liked nothing about the property. I had to wait 5 minutes at the front desk before anyone came. And once they did come they took my ID, my partners ID, and my credit card and asked for $20 fee for check in although I booked online. They also asked for $20 as cash so I believe there is no check in fee and they’re just trying to scam people. The person who checked me in asked me three times if I had any pets with me when I told him no the first time. The TV barley worked I had to press the buttons multiple times and later on in the night when I walked around the room my socks got wet because the floor was wet. I would not stay here again. They also had no elevator so if you have a disability and cannot go up stairs hopefully they have a room on the first floor. I would definitely not stay here if I were a solo women, I’m glad I had my partner with me because the area is also a bit sketchy.
