"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had stopped other people enjoying & people putting their stuff on bar tables at lunch time then going off for a swim."

"Hotel amazing great facilities. Toilets round pool area many did not have door locks or were smashed glass which was not I. Keeping with the rest of the hotel . Unfortunately not all bar and restaurant staff were polite and were quite rude which when working in hospitality is disappointing as all other staff amazing and welcoming and helpful. Duty manager Miriam was amazing . Despite some of the staffs attitude would still return as had a brilliant holiday."

No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? "We arrived late due to flight delays. We’d already informed the property management that we would be late. Information was given regarding late key collection. Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
