"My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property.
Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing.
Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good value for your money. I would definitely book here again!"
