"Older property arranged on 3 floors with no lift so, perhaps, not suitable if you have mobility issues. Property kept in immaculate condition with comfortably en-suite room. Hosts very friendly & helpful. Located close to sea front, Supermarket, Railway station & places to eat out. Good quality, well cooked breakfast. Limited parking available at side of property on request before arriving. Stayed to attend a wedding & we were very happy with our choice. Good value."

"What a wonderful place to stay in the peace and quiet and yet within easy access to Truro, Newquay, Falmouth etc. Ben welcomed us and made us feel at home straight away. Our room was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and had a view across the countryside. Breakfast was quite possibly the best breakfast we've had. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and the scrambled egg and smoked salmon, all cooked to perfection. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip down. Thank you....

"We were motorcycle touring and arrived drenched and cold well before check in time. The manager couldn’t have been more helpful, checking us in early, finding a place to dry our kit, reserving a table for meals etc. The pub is small, simple and cosy with great home made food. The evening was fantastic as the locals were all in singing traditional songs as this was the night before the Padstow Hobby Horse day (May 1st). "The property is within walking distance to the beach. Adequate parking space. Quiet. The apartment was clean. Furniture was old but decent. Sofas and sofa-bed looked pretty new though. We arrived at around 9:30 pm and it was pretty dark and it took us a while to find the apartment as there was nobody at the office to show us. Since the apartment we rented at the back near the car park, there was no views of anything."
