Could have been better
Hotel room was tired and lacked character. Stains on carpet, scrapes on furniture and walls pictureless - all a bit glum and depressing. One bright spot was the young receptionist who checked us in. Unfortunately she was just leaving for the day. Her colleague, who gave us the impression she was having a really bad day (smiles were extra) when asked if we could have a drink at the bar (which at this point was unmanned) said she couldn't leave reception until a colleague returned - but she couldn't say how long that might take. One guest left to seek a drink elsewhere. We waited and were served a short time later. In fairness to the staff, after dinner we asked if we could have 2 tea bags and some mike (our tray in the room hadn't been replenished) the night porter brought up a full tray whith tea, coffee, milk, biscuits - so it wasn't all bad! Quality of the food at breakfast was I'm afraid just passable and the poorest we've experienced in France.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful. Egg, cold-cut meats, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and a lot more. The croissants are delicious. We need to check out very early to catch the train and they even arrange a taxi and packed breakfast for us. The only thing I found surprising is they provide two small paper cups in the bathroom. No coffee machines and glass cups in the room like in most US hotels. Maybe this is the European way, but with a rainy day outside it is just a little inconvenient if you want to drink something hot. Overall, we had a good time staying in this hotel.

As I have to use a mobility scooter I worried as to we’re I could leave it, no problem allowed me to put it in the bedroom, EXCELLANT BREAKFAST.very enjoyable overnight stay.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bus to the airport stops right outside so it is very convenient. Nice distance from the grotto. Looking to stay again soon!

Highly recommend this hotel
This hotel is truly wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms and property are clean, it is centrally located in Lourdes, and has a nice bar with comfortable and ample seating for relaxing or visiting with others. Highly recommend this hotel.

IThe hotel is close to the basilica and the buffet breakfast is very good . The staff are helpful and courteous . The woman in the desk tries hard to speak in English to help except one male in the reception .

The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the grotto. The place is very clean. They have a pretty good breakfast spread( well worth the 11 euros they charge per person ).

Not that great experience in the reception desk when one of the staff refused to check us in a little bit early and made us wait in the lobby. But when we approached another staff after an hour she was kindly check us in without any problem.

The Hotel is way, way outdated. The breakfast was not good. Bathroom is also outdated and hard to shower.

Its the location not far from the Basilica,staff are accommodating,b/fast is OK,and the bus shuttle stop opposite our hotel very cheap and convenient just 2 euros each way to the airport,the room is very basic outdated need refurbishment downside no kettle for us to make hot drinks after long hours from activities, not happy with the one who cleaned our room we came back to our from our long religious activities only to found out the door is not locked,nothing was missing but our security has been compromised.

It’s was my first experience but the staff did a great job and hotel was very clean and customer service was very good who can speak Multi language. But I would just request the breakfast time should be till 10.00 am not 9.30. Due to kids wake up later.
