"The staff was top notch! From the desk clerk to the security and everyone in the resturants and bars. We always felt welcomed and appreciated. The location is just off of Times Square. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to be in the heart of it. Rooms are clean and bed was comfrotable."

"Staff was great. Needed extra towels . No problem. Stored our luggage until room was ready no charge. They were great. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again. "

"The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels."

"Excellent location but still a quiet hotel. We wished the bar on the first floor was a functioning bar! But since there was an authentic Irish bar steps away, no issues. Great old world hotel. "

"Conveniently located near Times Square (it is a zoo), walking distance to B'way shows... there's more to NYC than this location. Make sure you visit Central Park for a mellower vibe."
