"The property and the room were beautiful and rejuvenating. We were disappointed the restaurant closed before the time posted and we could not rent bicycles as we were led to believe. It was very quiet; you may feel a bit isolated if you don’t have your own vehicle."
"Stayed at the Wangburapa Hotel on a few occasions. The staff are really helpful and hotel is clean. Great place to stay to view and walk around the old city."
"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "Ideal place to stay close to Chiang Mai. It's not in the city center, a quieter neighborhood which is nice for a change. Easy to hire a grab, etc. to take you anywhere. A beautiful pool and typical free breakfast included. Their suite rooms are ideal for a family! Very spacious!"

"The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter a stranger smell, I think it was coming from the AC unit ( but i am unsure). I will say the smell wasn't unbearable. But overall the stay was good"
"Fabulous hotel with good restaurants, friendly and happy staff, good amenities, gym, pool, bars. Nice location, comfortable beds. Stayed 7 days, but extended two more."
"Exceptional service from everyone. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the soaker tub. Phenomenal spa! Enjoyed a massage, facial and body scrub, it was heavenly. Great pool although i wish there was a deeper end, it was same height all over. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. "
