"This hotel was lovely! We were so exhausted upon arrival bc we had been traveling quite a bit (with two little kiddos) and the staff was SO nice! The views are amazing, the rooms are clean and big and so comfortable. We ate one time in the bar area and the food and drinks were great, too. The staff was so nice to us and our kids which just made the whole experience even better.
I also sent out laundry one day and it came back same day. Clean and neatly folded - I was very impressed. Thank you! We’ll be back!"
"Excellent hotel for Lucerne. This property is just outside of town, but very convenient for everything. It is on bus line #21 which delivers you to the downtown train/bus/boat station in just twenty minutes. Also just ten minutes to the Mt. Pilatus cable car in the opposite direction.
Staff was great, very clean. Rooms have mini-fridges, very nice showers, and comfortable beds. There is an on-site restaurant that provided the best meals we had during our two week stay in Switzerland. Lucerne is very convenient for travel throughout the country (with a Swiss Travel Pass) and this property was perfect for it."
