Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful. "

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The only small side was some construction."

These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. "There was a smell of tires and gasoline because the hotel is above a bus deport. I felt very sick and dizzy the entire time. I had to keep the window open so I could breath. Felt like I was suffocating and had headaches the entire time. Locations terrible and is a health and safety issue. I could not sleep because of the noise from the traffic, but I could not breath so I didn’t have much of a choice. You can hear the noise in the hallway, likely because this was previously an office building. Breakfast was horrible. I would have change hotels but could find anything last minute. I’m also pregnant and am worried about how the air quality may have impacted the baby."
