"We have stayed here before and loved it, but less so this time. We decided not to have our room cleaned because we were told we would get some money back off our booking and it would be more eco. We did not receive money off and no idea why. We are vegan and asked if they could accommodate this in the gourmet restaurant and were told no. Just no interest to help. "

"The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player"
