"2 big standouts: Subbiah and his Team 2622622 in morning buffet breakfast over 3 consistent breakfast days took care of breakfast like it was his own hospitable establishment. Professional caring very hard working, gracious, 100% on the ball, make the whole experience top class. The food the drinks everything was crazy awesome. Kudos to this man and the team that brands this Shangrilla establishment. 2nd highlight was the reception manager on that day Keven who helped us on check in to help us with even our expedia booking converting our stay for 3 people to 2 people as my 80 yo mother in law got sick couldn't come and came up with using his discretion to throw in breakfast with Subbiah's team. we will come back to Jen hotel again when we come back to Penang and hope to see Subbiah again. By the way, subbiah never approached us, we approached him to tell him how good we thought he was and wanted to know how to provide a review. Thank you all incl the room cleaning staff at 908. "

"Peaceful location "

"Loved the welcoming drink and 'freezing' cold towel to cool us down at the reception when we checked in. Room was very spacious and clean. Also appreciate the complimentary teas and coffee. We only drink coffees in the morning and we stayed 3 nights but there were only 2 pods so we had to ask for more for the next day. Everything else was great. Appreciate that they offered free shuttle to a few places of interest. Staff was very friendly & helpful. "

"What can i say at about this hotel, its stunning. We went in May and stayed for 3 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the hotel room to the the gorgeous bathroom to staff to the food, it was simply divine. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We travelled with our som and had two rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, i would definitely recommend it. I would love to go back. I especially loved their laksa cookies. Hope to go back to the hotel in the future. Well done Millen team keep up the good work "

"Arrived at the hotel at about 5 pm and was attended to by Staff Rimon at the counter, he is exceptionally welcoming and therefore making my check in especially pleasant. As I had make the booking just a day ago and it seems that the booking has not reflected yet in the system, he kindly explained to me and assured me that it would not be an issue. Additionally as my return flight is pretty late, he also try to accommodate my request for late check out as well as a high floor unit. The hotel also had a shuttle bus that operates in the evening to the nearby Queensbay mall and Rimon as well kindly did a reservation for me to and fro just to make sure that I have a seat on the shuttle. From the hotel is about a 15 minutes drive on the shuttle to the mall :). Just outside the hotels, there are stretches and plenty of food places. My stay here has been exceptionally pleasant and felt very welcoming especially because of Rimon, it nice to see him at the counter with his alway wide and warm welcoming smile :) The hotel booked is a family unit and is 94 sqm in size. It has a nice view of Penang island and that it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom as well as a study room. It comes with also a balcony and also a living and dining area. Both of the bedrooms window have very good city view. We also managed to catch some fireworks on the night of the 28 June :). The decoration of the executive family suites is very modern and it really have the feel of home :). "
