Nice hotel but service could be better.
We waited more than a half-hour to check in. Although the room appeared great at first glance, the tiny details were neglected. For $6800 per night, I would anticipate getting better quality.

We enjoyed our stay and the hot spring in the room
The family room is big and has 2 hot spring baths with nano bubbles. The staff is nice. The breakfast is not really western except croissant and toasts and jam. The juices are too sweet. The roof top bar is great and surprisingly very affordable but only 5 basic cocktails available

The hot spring pool in room is fantasty, but the soundproof could be better. The uproar from other room kept disturbing us in the mid night so that we can't realy relax and fall asleep for a long time.

Weekend Stay
Room was comfortable, spa pool in the room was a big plus. Breakfast had wide selection. Amenities like pool, spa and children playground were quite good as well. Minibar was mediocre.

Nice new hotel. Great beds, towels, robes, snacks in room. The bathroom is huge, hotspring tub with big windows. Hotel is near train station and famous night market.

very new hotel
We had a very comfy room with great view from Yilan and the hot spring bath is relaxing. The buffet dinner is excellent and restaurant design is modern and beautiful However the down side is the hot water providing system is not stable , sometimes you need to wait 5-10mins to get hot water. But after all ,this is a very relaxing hotel with reasonable price

New hotel with good facility, limited service
This is a new 24-story hotel with great facility. It is still not officially opened yet. Staff recruiting is on progress and existing employees are all very polite but not have sufficient experience in dealing different kinds of problems the hotel guests faced.

不会再来。没有服务可言.房间电视盒满满灰尘，浴室淋浴等半天热水不来。请求延迟Check out却被告知一个小时额外加收800元。太不可思议。到柜台想换些百元小钞当小费。柜台却说没有钱换。

Location: direkt neben Eisenbahn; trotz Isolierglas hoerte man die Zuege selbst im 21.Stock Tolles Fruehstuecksbuffet aber ansonsten keine grosse Auswahl an Restaurants, welche frueh schliessen. Wir holten uns am Abend was zu essen vom nahegelegenen 7/11.
