"Perfect hotel, thanks especially to the woman from Argentina who was managing it. Very accommodating and reasonable, and gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated it. Truly a luxury hotel. "
"I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday.
What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. "

"Great stay. Super comfortable. Mancy at front desk was very helpful extending my stay. The gym and spa are good. A bit messy and limited water but sauna and steam room were excellent."
