"Mostly lovely, just a few odd areas for improvement - having smoking stations right by the spa doors and hotel side entrance, and outdoor pool isn’t something that brings joy! The outdoor bar closing at 6pm in mid summer is just silly, forcing guests and staff to use the cellar bar seems another strange decision. "The initial welcome was not good by one of the receptionists however all the remaining staff were brilliant especially in the restaurant. The venue needs to install EV charging though !"
