"this was the 6th time I stayed here this year some stays were on business others on leisure. surprised that several employees recognized me, made me feel welcomed and appreciated. breakfast was good, lounge where I relaxed, had business discussions or just "hanged out" was quiet and something I always looked forward to. Looking forward to going back once again later this year."

"Magnificent hotel, made even better by the most incredible customer service one could ask for. At every level and every part of the hotel, the staff and service are immaculate. The rooms are a little dated for this level of hotel and could use some updating or at least some color/character or local vibe which one would expect from a hotel of this kind. The hotel is beautiful and full of old world class and elegance. The lobby is a work of art and the restaurants, pool, gym and all other facilities are top notch. The breakfast is plentiful and probably the best I've experienced on my many stays in Manila. My only advice would be to get there early because it gets crowded pretty fast, especially on weekends. The only negative was that one out of three elevators was out of use for my entire extended stay and it was quite inconvenient. There is no sign alerting guests to this and no one at the reception or concierge informs guests of this inconvenience at check-in or any point of my stay regarding how long it would take, which is something I would expect from a 5 stay hotel like this. When the hotel is full it caused delays and very crowded elevators."

"The staff was helpful, breakfast was okay but the coffee was terrible. Pool was great, albeit a little small. Overall a good stay and its proximity to Terminal 3 made it the best choice for us."
