First time we been to the hotel without kitchen facilities apart from 2 cups and 1 glass.. no spoon or even tea towel to clean the sink. Only 1 small soap in the bath room. Old towels , hot water not working, licking water in our rooms. We been to a lot of hotels, this is the first time I experienced, If your staying in 7th floor, your card only work that floor. If you want to visit family in 16th floors you have to have another card for 16th floors. If you want to go to the basement to get the car, you have to have another card for the basement. My brother stucked in the elevator cos, he didnt have card to go to the basement to get the car. Really wierd.

The sheets made our body itchy and being barefoot in the shower made our feet itchy. We availed for free breakfast but it wasn’t worth it; the food was bland and not a lot of options (you are better off ordering from the Jollibee nearby tbh). Wish we booked from this other hotel that was cheaper but provided better services. I just thought I would try a little more pricier hotel, expecting a better experience.

Hotel 101 - Property has seen better days. Looks like maintenance crew dusted themselves off and said, "Pwede na yan!" Windows were dirty too. When you pay for a room, you expect it to be better than your own room. Other than that, the front desk, hpusekeeping, security person, and bell boys, are all incredibly helpful, and efficient.

We were in room 1616. We did not have hot water! We have to catch a flight early in the morning so we didn't have time to do anything about it. The front reception only can say sorry for the inconvenience?!?! Beside no hot water, we booked a triple room for family of 3. We only had two towels. Two tiny bottle of water, and only one glass to use. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and the price is reasonable, but it could still be improved in terms of cleanliness. The ceiling area is a bit dusty, and the bathroom seems to need some caulking because some parts of the tiles are rusty. There are also stains on the walls that I think just need repainting. The style of the room we got didn't have a view, which would have been nice, but since it was just a basic room, it wasn't that important as we were just using it for sleeping. There are also daily housekeeping services to make up the room, but the free items like lotions weren't replenished very well, probably because they had many guests, but it's not a big deal. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would come back again. Plus, It's just near MOA, within walking distance, and close to Double Dragon. There are many places to eat around and shopping areas. Location-wise, it's a good place to stay and secure.

The room was damp. The doors, walls, and cabinets were worn, dirty, and chipped. The bathroom mirror was rotting and losing its reflection. There were bed bugs so we had to sleep on top of the sheets. Do not recommend.
