"The hotel was closed and were operating out of the Ramada across the street which was in rough shape"

There was noticeable dust and wrappers under the front of the bed, along with pink mold on the shower walls. It was also not clearly stated anywhere that housekeeping was only provided upon special request. Because of that, I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get fresh towels, coffee supplies, and have the trash emptied"
