10/10 Excellent
"The staff in the restaurant and concierge are an example of great hospitality. The front desk staff need a great training to wear a smile whenever they face their checking in customers. Housekeeping staff should refrain from entering guest room until guest check out time is over or verify system what times guests check out times. Felt violated my privacy when Iโ€™m in the bathroom showering when housekeeping force open my door."
