"Did not make use of the spa.... Lots of shops in the area .... However, the Hotel is showing it's age now..... It might have been a good 5 star Hotel in the late eighties but now it is crying for a good refurbishment! "

"Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket."

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"Room is okay. It was expensive for us as we went there during Christmas. Location is good. Rooms are small but it is clean. Checkin process is bit longer that expected. It took us 1 hour."
