By far one of the nicest hotel I had stayed. All the staff were really help

Very big and clean room. The front desk is so nice to upgrade us to a 1-BR executive room. The service staff are all very friendly. It is also very convenient to get grab/gojek ride hailing service as it will alight you at the hotel’s own drop off area instead of along the roadside. They also have a 24hr restaurant at same building but I think it belongs to another accommodation. Highly recommended!

Room and services are all good, but pls choose the quiet side rooms, else you will hearing the praying at 4am in the morning

Everything is up to standard. Breakfast is great. Will definitely come back again.

The complimentary shuttle to the airport is a very convenient for the early morning flights

excellent hotel. will stay next time as well

Receptionist was friendly. Security is good. Room is clean. For a budget hotel, the room come with a lot of amenities which i expect to pay more. Breakfast buffet was a wide selection also, considering the amount i paid for the hotel =)...

Beautiful colonial architecture and very attentive and helpful staff!!

Be good if a hair dryer is provided in the room & international adaptor for power point connection

Lovely hotel, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are efficient and friendly. Must try the coffee and tea at the lobby cafe, they're amazing! Only improvement I hope the hotel will make is on the in-room toiletries but that's a small matter.

4.5 stars

Service and staff hospitality are great. Thanks

The refurbished rooms are very well done. Spacious and thoughtfully designed. The club lounge had creative and tasty canapes and the wine selection was very pleasant. Thanks to Mr Eric at Bumbu for his kind hospitality. I generally felt very welcomed and attended to at Shangri-La Surabaya. Thank you.

Room is clean. Location convenient.

It was a great experience staying at this nice hotel which was very clean and the staff extended their best service. It was strikingly pleasant when compared to a hotel that I stayed the previous 3 nights that turned out to be a great disappointment and disaster although that hotel was located in a much better locality and had an iconic name which didn’t meet my expectations at all. I look forward to visiting this chain of hotel in other cities too as they really made my day and compensated on...
