I have booked with airport pick up at Chennai airport. The car ride was pleasant and car was clean and comfortable. The check in was a bit slow with only 2 check in desks. I had a slightly bigger room than my colleague who stayed next door. The room itself doesnt have any sunlight as the window was in the toilet. The room and toilet are modern decorated. I ordered room service - steamed fish and fried rice was good. Portion was huge for 1 pax. Overall i had a good stay.

I loved everything about GRT! EXCELLENT cust svc! Particularly Mr Johnson fm customer care who went all out to make sure we were well taken care of our needs! I was really amazed by their hospitality! My flight was in the wee hours....the staff of GRT made sure i had my breakfast so thy packed for us n made it rrady at 2.30am, I have nvr receive such service fm any hotel!! I will only come to GRT GRAND for my future visits!!! Thy didn say NO for any requests made by the guests!! Many THUMBS UP!!

I stayed there for 9 days. An AWESOME hotel indeed. It's much peacful there, so clean, and room service was good. A warm welcome when I reached the hotel. Comfortable bed. Guarantee NO BED BUGS. The hotel is further from main road and junction, that's the reason that i took this hotel. No traffic noise, less dirt and very peaceful and safe. Decent area too. I would definately come to this hotel again when I visit chennai again.
