The room was clean and spacious and was away from the noise of Times Square.
Staff were helpful and kind. Big thanks to Joshua and his team helping us settle in on day one and for his help with the check out as well.
Can I recommend having amenities like soap and shampoo on a squeeze pump bottle for convenience next time ?

8/10 Good
My 5th stay at the Jewel and I'll be back. The rooms are not huge but this is NYC and they are clean and functional. Good bathroom space, helpful staff and above all, fantastic location just outside the hustle of times square but close to the subway.

room was kept clean , staff was super nice. Although the heater was not on for the first 2 days, the staff managed to fix it subsequently.
