"Just had two nights. We got the last remaking room which was described as “cosy” which it was. Very well appointed, all the food we had at breakfast on two mornings, and dinner one evening was very good. Although busy service was excellent, and all the staff without fail were a credit to the hotel. Very, very pleased with the whole visit, and would not hesitate to stay again."

"Slightly confused breakfast selection. Ordered a full English but most items available at the buffet as well. Asked for baked beans and told none available! Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Appreciated the fact that there was no extra charge for some of the goodies left in the room, use of bicycles and EV charging. Lovely setting. "

So if using this platform you will need to pay for the sauna and swimming pool and steam room it is not included. Also advise customers they will need to pay a £50 holding fee, which you are told you get back. "
