"We were travelling with a lot of luggage and were given assistance immediately upon arrival at the hotel. This was so very much appreciated!"

"Would definitely stay again and recommend. The staff were courteous and helpful. Lovely breakfast, all you could want in a meal to start the day. Bus stop near by. Even though Heathrow was across the road, never heard planes landing or taking off. Enjoyed my stay of 9 days."

"The Ibis gave us just what we needed, a comfortable bed conveniently close to LHR prior to an early flight. The restaurant had a reasonable, if limited, menu. We had pizza, which was fine. We left to early for us to want breakfast. The area around the hotel is pretty much what you'd expect round the perimeter of a major airport i.e. not particularly welcoming especially after dark. That's not to say it felt dangerous, just noisy and dirty and rather industrial apert from the hotels. That's not the fault of the hotels and the downside of only being a 10 minute bus ride from the airport. We'd certainly consider staying there again in similar circumstances. "

"The room, halls, reception were sll clean. Transportation was easy as the bus station was right outside. We did manage to check in early which was great. The room smelt kinda odd, so im not sure what they used to clean but not my favourite smell in the world."
