Everything was fantastic except….we had a room on the premium level. Floor 10. There is a lounge there that serves juice, tea and coffee with some sweet snacks. the unfortunate part about the lounge was, no food brought in or out. No drinks in or out. If you wanted to have a nice glass of wine at the end of the day it’s not possible. It’s such a missed opportunity what could be a great lounge!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly and the room lived up to expectations the gym is nice but small and so is the laundry. We didn’t eat at the bistro.

Clean, spacious room, great quality amenities. Hotel is quiet and conveniently located to shopping and Disney properties. There is a Lawsons on the first floor! Courteous and helpful staff. The buffet at the restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.
