"The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is very convenient. The checking in and out process were very smooth. There were a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. They could improve on cleaning the rooms/tidying up the bed though. Overall, we loved our stay! "

"The hotel itself is very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Unless you’re a Platinum Honors member, you have to pay extra for almost everything. Even basic amenities like the pool require an additional fee, which was unexpected and frustrating. Late checkout was also not available unless you have a higher membership status. While the property is beautiful, the added costs and lack of flexibility made the stay feel less worthwhile."

"This hotel is conveniently located for Tokyo Disney, with a free shuttle service to the parks. The rooms are wonderful with great bedding and amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly, good breakfast buffet and perks such as free gifts (face masks, bath soaks etc) to relax after a busy day. Our room had a foot massage machine in which was very much appreciated after a day at the disney parks. Would 100% stay at this hotel again and recommend."
