Nice hotel and good location. Just a few minutes walk from popular train station. No free parking, there is one paid parking behind the buidling. Cost 1.6k yen per night.

I booked a superior non smoking twin room on the 16 th floor w/ city view beautifully renovated in 2021. There are some interesting things to observe but the main view is a major highway, with heavy traffic. The noise travels up. Pay the extra for the bay view.

"Proximity to Disney Parks and free shuttle bus to Maihama Station was great. Room was ok, showing a lot of signs of use, but had a nice Japanese style to a western room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating."
