"I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. Other than that this resort was great, you could access anything from the other sunrise resort next door and the à la carte dining options were very nice. The food was overall excellent, better than most resorts I have been to. Rooms were comfortable. I would like to say that our room cleaner/butler Mostafa was an absolute gem as he always left us extra water in our room and even knew our schedule for room cleaning. He really went above and beyond. The beach is very nice and overall the property was clean and well maintained."

"🌟 Family-Friendly Resort Experience Location & Convenience Perfect for young families — everything you need is within close distance, making the stay easy and stress-free. Entertainment & Activities The aqua park was excellent, offering plenty of fun for both children and adults. A special mention goes to HANY , whose friendly humour and energy truly enhanced the experience. He is a superstar and adds a personal touch to the resort atmosphere. 👏 Dining The food was delicious, with a wide variety that caters to all tastes. Restaurant staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. 😋 Accommodation Rooms are spacious, airy, and comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day of activities. Overall Impression This resort exceeded expectations in every way. With friendly staff, great facilities, and family-focused convenience, it’s a place I would happily return to and highly recommend to others."

"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"
