Near Junker Street within car distance
It is near to junker walk, just within 2-3km, around 5 to 10 minute car distance. can park car at private car park before the junker walk(inside is hard to get parking). there have a nice japanese restaurant beside the hotel. reasonable price and high quality food.

Average. Acceptable for one night stay.
The small lighting beside the bed on the small has spoilt. Please check all the things inside the room are functionable before letting the guess to stay. In the toilet, there is water leaking below the basin. Overrall, ok but pls check all the facilities inside the room and make sure no water pipe leaking inside the toilet.

Ground floor room has roaches, surprised to see mould in cup. Room not able to lock from inside due to spoiled lock. Not recommended to family.

Air conditioners sounds like lawnmowers
The air conditioner in the first room we were placed sounded like a lawnmower. We asked to change rooms, which the front desk immediately provided. The air condition in the second room was just as loud. The air conditioning units are some generic, no name brand and unacceptably noisy. Malaysia is a very hot and humid country and most of the time the air conditioner needs to be switched on. I had to stick toilet paper in my ears just to get to sleep. The cleanliness was below average as well. We will not be staying here again.

First experience to this classic town
The stay was good. This is the first time for us in melaka to attend our daughter"s convocation. Sight seeing was fantasitic around this old town and food is aplentiful and reasonable cost too. The only think we were dissapointed was the unavailibilty of breakfast near the hotel. We had to skip that till lunch. The hotel should provide body soap and hair shampoo to say the least.

Recommended budget hotel
The hotel is new and clean. Check in time is fast and the staffs are friendly. Surrounding hotel have many restaurants. Have sufficient parking space. Free wifi provided for every each room but the line was not stable. The air conditioning was not cold and the bed is small. However, I will still recommend this hotel.

Extra bed without charges
Hotel provide extra bed for my 2 years old kids without extra charges is a plus. Room size is ok and quite comfortable. Nice to stay!

centre location to tourist places
Quite convenient provided transport available as it is centre to all the tourist interest, about 5-10 mins drive distance for each location. Clean, comfortable and economical.

Friendly staff with clean and basic amenities.
Enjoyed a one night stay in this hotel with wife at a very affordable rate. Basic and clean amenities are provided. (towel, shower gel, glass, complimentary bottled water / coffee / tea, etc). There is no hair dryer though. Staff are friendly and smiley. Nothing to complain about.

Very difficult falling asleep
We took a few rooms on the second floor for a night stay the past week. Not sure if we were the only ones that complaint but the water pressure pump was making intermittent "clunk clunk" with its pipes. This was going on all throughout the night whenever the water supply was being used within the building which was very very annoying.

Nice budget hotel
What to expect if you're booking a room at the budget hotels? For me, i just need a clean one! Overall, you get what you pay. Just need a place to sleep and to clean myself after a long day. I just wish the bathroom interior is better. It just doesn't suit me. :p

Worth to stay
This hotel is located at new area nearby Jonker Street, and quite easy to find. We have been to Malacca for several time and this hotel is was the cheapest hotel we have stayed, however the condition of the room is fantastic clean and quite big too! Although no earlier checkin is allowed, we were happy with their friendly front desk who always smile to us.

Budget hotel with good value
We were served by the reception staff named Daniel upon our arrival. He's been very helpful and made personal recommendation on a few places for our food rendezvous. This hotel pasted on the wall good info on eating places. The room was set up with modern design, clean and the rate is affordable. Its location is nearby to Melaka Raya and central of Melaka. Will stay again at this hotel if we are back in Melaka.

Far from shopping area.
Very quite neighbourhood, nothing much you can do at night. Around 20min walk to shopping area. If you are driving there, a lot parking lot.

Spacious clean room with nice décor.
We had a great time and stay at AL 33 Leisure Hotel. It a budget hotel very good for short stay. Basic needs are provided for. The location is convenient if you drive. Plenty of parking space just outside the hotel. For the price we paid for, it is absolutely value for money. I will recommend my relative and friends to stay and I will return to this hotel if visit Melaka again. Front office staff and cleaner were responsive. Its a short drive to Jonkers, Makota Parrade and to Ong Kim Wee (satay celup). Even provided Cable TV channels. The bed is super comfortable, nice décor and spacious room space. Room and bedsheets were clean. Overall has a new feel. The view was great and environment is quiet and peaceful. Overall SUPER.

They are trying, but can stil improved.further
The standard room is relatively new with TV and air conditioned but very small with one side of the bed leaning against the wall, the floor was really dirty and slimy, we had to use tissue to clean up the slime for two rounds, the tissue became so black. There is no lift and if you have a heavy luggage, you will die to the third floor. Water is provided along the stairways and coffee and tea is also provided. Make your own judgements.

Facilities stated in Expedia deal include hair dryer. There wasn't a hair dryer in the hotel room. When I requested for a hair dryer at the reception counter I was told no hair dryer was available. Also, no shower cap was provided.

Just a place to sleep.
It is a motel and not hotel. Generally, it is clean and good for a night sleep. But do not expect anything more. It is a motel that is based in row of shop houses, there is no private car-park and any other facilities. The room I got do not have any windows, neither is there any storage cupboard. The location is in a neighborhood, which is generally quiet and not noisy. As a visitor, would only stay there if I am driving. Else, I would choose a more convenient location.

Nice hotel but a bit far from heritage trail
- Clean room, its quite new though - Nice & polite staff. The normal check out time is 12 noon but we decided to check out earlier in the next morning and walk around the town. We were so happy that the staff allowed us to leave our heavy luggage in the hotel without any worries and save time. - We took the domestic bus number 17 (Ujong Pasir) from melaka sentral. Tell the driver you need to stop at Taman Kota Laksamana, ring the bell for stop when the bus drive through the traffic light after the bridge. It will stop almost in front of the hotel.

Good, Clean and Value for $ - Like it.
Nice hotel in a good location. Room was clean though a bit small. However, there is good value for money. Staff at the front desk were helpful and check in was pretty quick. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and beach is about 10-15 min walk. Jonker's walk / street is about 1-2kms away but not too far. Liked the stay and will stay again next time.

Good for the price.
I've booked a Superior Room but on that night when I arrived, I was given a Standard Room instead. Too tired from driving we just call it a night until we wake up next in the morning then realise is not the room we see on expedia.
