"The hotel has a simple and quiet. We were there over the Christmas Holiday which was perfect. Well located and the staff was exceptional. From the greeting and efficiency upon our arrival, to their help throughout and all with a kind smile. We would highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we did not get to the spa. Vienna is awesome "
"This is a lovely hotel very close to central Vienna. I had a short (15-20 min) walk to most of the must see spots in Vienna (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere palace, five different Christmas markets, etc.).
The staff were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from (traditional English buffet, Spanish buffet, Japanese miso breakfast). The room itself was warm, clean, and large.
My one and only complaint: their bistro downstairs is very tasty and popular. If you want to eat there for dinner be sure to arrive at an off hour or later in the evening, closer to 9:30, in order to snag a table for service.
If I ever come back to Vienna I will for sure be staying here. "
