Best Beach hotel experience in Bahrain. This is the third time we stay at the Ritz Carlton in Bahrain, and we can't get over how wonderful this place is. Facilities, rooms, beach, pool, personnel, everything is amazing.

The room was not transferred into my name when I checked in As result the room was not refreshed at the evening and they came at midnight and corrected the situation also the wifi could not be connected night manager had to do it manually for two nights

One of my favourite hotels in the world!
Everything about the RC is amazing. We had a club room which if you like the odd tipple is definitely worth it. Cannot recommend enough and can’t wait to return.

I’ll be back!
Went on holiday on my own for the first time since having a baby 3 years ago - it was absolute bliss. You have all the facilities you could want - wonderful restaurants, attentive staff, beautiful resort including a stunning beach with soft soft sand and a spa/ gym to die for. Particular touches I loved included… the running route outside with the distances marked on the floor, the friendly and thoughtful staff, the bed was so comfortable and the Thai restaurant sushi (hammour) was very very yum!!!! I’ve visited Abs Dabs, Dubai and Oman in the region prior to this trip. The beach was one of the best (if not the best) I’ve been on in region (incredibly well maintained). Not a negative (more of an FYI)… Appreciate this is a 5* resort… so for many I’m sure this wouldn’t even factor into their consciousness but I still can’t get my head around the fact a Coca Cola costs 7£. So just a heads up that even a non-alcoholic drink on the beach will add up. All other costs are relative to this, so a main meal (just food) for 1 will set you back anything from 36£ (some sushi) - 100£ (steak).

Mixed bag visit
I've stayed here before; it's one of my favourite hotels. The facilites, cleanliness, room, parking, and food and drink quality cannot be faulted. The Lounge staff, particularly Denny, treat you as super valued customers and could not be more helpful. New Year in Cantina Kahlo was excellent, with a tasty, diverse menu. That said, this is the first time I have not had Lounge access for the whole stay, and there were some service issues. At breakfast in La Med (16BD per person), we had to wait 30 minutes for tea and coffee and did not get any until after we had finished eating. We also had to ask for plates, cutlery, and milk. A hotel at this level needs to do better. We also went to the Burlington Club for a late drink but were informed that it was not serving even though it did not close for 25 minutes. I was then told last orders were 45 minutes to closing. I have never been to any bar, anywhere in the world, with such a ridiculous last orders policy. Lastly, when trying to book Trader Vic's one evening, I was told that it was "fully booked until closing" (2am). This is not the first time I have had this kind of issue, and quite often if you just walk down then you will get in if you wait a few minutes. They often claim to be fully booked but then freely accept walk-ins, and a stroll around the resort later in the evening suggested they were not, in fact, full. Overall, a great hotel, but some of the food and drink facilities need better organisation.

Beautiful hotel with lots of things to do. Kids club and playground to keep kids busy after spending all day at the pool because it is temperature controlled and despite the season it was nice to swim. Also lots of good options for eating and very nice restaurants with live music as well
