"The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind."

"We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant."

However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable—the pillows felt old, and the mattress seemed worn out, with springs that made sleeping feel like sinking to the bottom. Additionally, the bathroom had low water pressure, which made showers less enjoyable. Overall, while the staff and facilities are fine, the bedding and bathroom issues significantly affected my stay."
