"Park MGM Front Desk Concierge Jaye was Extremely Professional and Very Friendly. Explained to her this was our first time at the property and she took her time explaining to us where everything was at. Gave us a room with a Strip View on the 14th Floor which was Great! Also she waived our parking fee. We only stayed 1 night but the property seemed very clean, smoke free Definitely a plus. The room was a standard queen and was clean and more than adequate. The bathroom was nice and updated with a very nice shower with plenty of water pressure. Plenty of bars and restaurants in this property. I recommend dining at Eataly. Plenty of Italian Cuisine and much more. Check in and out was a breeze. Property is at the South End if The Strip near New York and MGM Grand close to the airport. Very walkable as well. Will Definitely be back!"

"I was there on November 17-21 I had the time of my life the hotel is very well kept housekeeping came always and rooms were super nice had a fountain view omg was so beautiful the balcony was big and nice ! Also the Casino had great security and staff were always very helping we ate at few restaurants they were all amazing especially the wicked Spoon "
