"Our overall stay at this hotel was excellent. The one that stood out most was that all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and modern. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the beds aren’t as comfy. The bed I had I could feel the spring on my back. I think beds need to be updated. Otherwise, the rooms are great. We didn’t have time to use the amenities such as pool, gym etc. We also didn’t get a chance to have the hotel breakfast, because we have family in town, that we were pretty much just in and out of the hotel for the duration of our stay. That being said, I would definitely book and stay at this hotel again!!"

"The room was spacious! Really great layout with a separate couch for lounging around. Housekeeping was amazing and accommodating to our late check out, even bringing us fresh towels so we could shower before leaving for the airport. Concierge was always helpful & present! We always felt safe around the hotel & surrounding! Great traffic control by hotel staff (necessary since the area is so busy)! Christian at Check in was efficient, friendly & informative. Highly recommend staying here if you like to eat, shop & be not too far from NAIA! "
