"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself felt quite old and outdated in terms of style. Also, there was a very strong perfume or air freshener smell when I first entered the room, which was a bit overwhelming and gave me a headache. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room could definitely use some updating and better ventilation."

What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm and friendly, but always professional and attentive. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it very easy to get around. We also appreciated the little details, including the efforts to reduce unnecessary plastic. A wonderful stay overall, and definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to."
