"Regardless if the hotel was 5 Star or 1 Star, the staff were absolutely exceptional! They went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable and when leaving, I left my iPad in the room. The ladies ran down my taxi to make sure I got my property. Beyond the call, the staff is excellent. ..."
