Almost every staff is friendly. The doorman with a Filipino hat and the front desk lady made us feel important and comfortable. The restaurant servers and housekeeping did a great job as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Herald Suites for your hospitality.

This hotel has been a wonderful find, in fact do much so that I changed some other reservations in the area to return to it on this trip. The room is wonderfully comfortable and up to date on all amenities. The service from staff is very attentive and the lobby quite comfortable. It is in the heart of what appears to be a key entertainment area in the Makati district of Manila, with everything you would need within a quick walk from the hotel. It is not a large skyscraper type hotel, but rather one of moderate size with someone with rather elegant tastes behind the design of it I would guess.

Nice hotel that is very clean at a reasonable price. Close to the red light district, not the best once you venture in the area. The food at the hotel is very reasonably price and was good as well.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mariam at the front test. Disappointed the on towels provided. The towels were so old and looks dirty and with strings hanging - it looked and feel like towels were used for the provides.
