"The property was very nice . The room was a dump the Bed was dirty the bed sheet had dirt on them and blood stains . the couch too . The closet did not have a bar on it to hang my clothes .the clock in the room was broken . The doors on the closet doors were broken , the kitchen doors we broken. "Discovery Primea Makati — 6 stars out of 5, if I could! No matter how hard I try to find something to improve, I simply can't. This hotel is exceptional in every way. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like a VIP at every single interaction. The attention to detail is on another level — they think of everything. One evening we went out for dinner, and when we returned, we found they had already come to prepare our room for the night: turndown service done perfectly, a bottle of water placed on each bedside table, and the bed opened and ready for us to slide right in. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the property itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious with a great variety, served by the same warm, friendly staff. Having stayed in hotels across 17 countries, I can honestly say this is a truly world-class experience — not just in the Philippines, but anywhere. Highly, highly recommended."

"Perfect stay! Pre-arrival communication was prompt. They arranged for our airport transfer after our 20 hour trip, it was seamless. The suite was spacious for our family of 5. Location is ideal for shopping, food and activities. You barely have to step outside in the hot and/or rainy weather as the property is within the Glorietta malls, that also connects to Greenbelt mall. In-room washer & dryer was great. At the beginning of our vacation we stayed at Ascott Makati for a few days then after island hopping for a few days we checked in at Ascott BGC (also a stellar property). The two Ascotts coordinated transferring all the luggage that we did not need for our island trips, from Makati to Ascott BGC for storage until we returned. This was very helpful. Ascott is truly a home away from home. A special thanks to their staff for being professional and courteous."
